With the use of the latest auto-CAD engineering technology, IPO’s structural steel system can be tailored to meet all types of space needs. Our 1 3/4” steel post construction is economical and our 3” steel post system allows for maximum load bearing and insulation to support temperature and noise control. Each system can be designed in standard sizes, heights, and configurations or created uniquely to fit your space or needs. We build everything form small guardhouses, to modular office complexes, to industrial mezzanines—all with the best products in the industry. When growth takes you to the next level, each component is moveable, re-usable, and can be reconfigured.
IPO Structural Features:
- Exterior panels: 3” thick, 7/16” painted cement board inside and out, core material is expanded polystyrene
- Standard doors: 3068 x 1 ¾” 20 ga. Steel, black, pre-hung in 18 ga. Steel frame with 1 ½ pair of stainless hinges an lockset
- Wiring posts: actual structural components as well as wiring chase with snap-on cover plates, allow access for electrical, phone, and data transfer
- Windows: pre-mounted, with 1/4” tempered safety glass
- Ceiling: 1 ¾” thick panel with white interior
- Exterior roof: .019 ga. Metal, 4” extruded white fascia on front and sides, 2 downspouts
