IPO Exceeds US Steel Standards
Inplant Office, IPO, designs standardized and custom built steel and aluminum buildings, mezzanines and metal platforms. Quality-Controlled Manufacturing
Our +14,000 sq ft manufacturing facility, located in an underground limestone quarry allows us to manufacture aluminum and steel products, support structures and buildings in a climate controlled environment with consistent temperature and moisture. This guarantees a manufacturing is conducted by controlling climatic variables. Our +70,000 sq ft facility also allows us to store already manufactured products and components in the best conditions ensuring that the products we transport to your construction site are of superior quality and maintained in great condition.
Our strict quality controls throughout the manufacturing process and subsequent materials warehousing ensures products that meet and exceed all US steel standards. Although varied, depending on the use, tensile strength, load-bearing capacities, fire-resistance ratings, and guaranteed durability of individual products, our strict procedures will exceed US steel standards in manufacturing. We will also exceed your local fire codes on all of our products.

Compliance with Federal and Local Fire Codes
Our steel beams and support platforms comply with US steel standards in industry-standard fire resistance test. Our fire-engineering methodologies, and compliance with fire blast testing ensures that:
- Our products have exceeded specifications set by the US government on standard fire resistance testing developed over the last 80 years
- Testing for structural beam failure or “runaway” does not reflect real world fire situations in buildings, but we meet and exceed failure testing as our products
- Comply with standards for large heat deflections in the two categories of thermal bowing and thermal expansion
- Testing for “runaway” exceeds real-world situations as temperatures in buildings fires can rarely meet these conditions, but our products meet this exceptionally high standard
- Our standard R-18 thermal insulation for our metal buildings exceeds local fire codes
