InPlant will custom design Partition Walls, temporary Office Buildings, and Two Story Modular InPlant Office Buildings to your space constraints and around any equipment obstruction – we precisely prefabricate the interior or exterior dimension within a fraction of an inch. We can engineer and deliver finished interior insulated Wall Panels and temporary Office Buildings that are economical or as intricate and heavy-duty as you require. With modular construction, your temporary Office Walls and Buildings can expand in size or relocate. No job is too small or too large – from a single one-person shipping office or storage room to a retail showroom or multi-story complex for production.

Upon placement of your order, detailed CAD drawings are produced promptly for your approval. After you’ve okay-ed the drawings, the manufacturing process takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks. Your system will be shipped by motor carrier and will arrive in a few days. This means your InPlant Modular Warehouse Buildings, Demountable Partition Wall Systems, or Portable Shelters could be installed in approximately 5 to 7 weeks after your standard order is placed.
Prefabricated modular construction for cleaner installation & flexibility
Since InPlant’s Systems uses prefabricated and modular construction, and is painted in the factory, the installation and assembly is cleaner than traditional construction and require less downtime, saving you money. Tax advantages make modular construction and demountable partition wall systems an economical choice (Refer to IRS §179).
Pulling Permits
Every jurisdiction operates differently in regard to code compliance and enforcement. If permits are required we can provide stamped engineered drawings for an additional cost.
Prefabricated and modular construction is an open construction, which allows building inspectors to check the structure and wiring at any point of the installation process.
Electrical
Electrical components are mounted in the Building System during installation. Standard circuit breaker panels consist of 125A panels with 70A main breakers and may be upgraded as needed. Single pole and 3-way switches as well as duplex and other outlets are provided in a standard layout. Individual breakers are 20A, and the quantity of breakers is sized depending on the electrical needs of the building. Electrical wiring, conduit, communication cables, and light bulbs are to be provided by an electrician or technician on site.
InPlant offers a modular wiring option that simply snaps together, linking all the pre-wired lights and outlets back to the junction box near the load center.
Prefab Guard Shacks or portable Booths come fully wired—however you require it.
InPlant will customize packages for Modular Warehouse Buildings, complex 2-story or simple In-Plant Offices, prefabricated interior Wall Panels, and all pre-assembled & Portable Shelters, Office Booths & Guard Shacks.
InPlant prefab modular Office Buildings, Modular Rooms, Interior Partitions, complex prefabricated Warehouse Offices, or Heavy-Duty Equipment Enclosures will be safely packaged to ship on pallets. Your Building System and prefab interior Wall Panels will arrive with a complete packing inventory list, a detailed CAD drawing, and Modular Office Installation Instructions with a required tools list. A forklift with a 3,000 lb. capacity and extended forks is required for off-loading.
Your InPlant pre-manufactured Portable Building — Ticket Booths, Guard Shacks, and Shelters are prefab structures that are shipped fully assembled. They are designed for easy shipping – up to 8´ wide by 20´, and larger booths require oversized shipping. The booths are built on a welded steel channel base frame with fork pockets formed in the steel base for easy unloading and placement using a forklift.

Choose the appropriate prefabricated Building Systems for your application in either 1¾˝ or 3˝ thickness; then select or design the type of Wall Partition you require, in standard 8´ to 26´ height which can extend taller. Selecting your temporary Wall Panels & prefabricated Building Systems are the first steps. Your order may include a large variety of components depending on the Functionality of your Modular Office, Enclosure, or Portable Booth — door and window styles, electrical components, and protective upgrades.
STRUCTURAL DETAILS: (defined)
- The prefabricated Building Systems consist of Wiring Studs, Corner Posts, Wall Starters, Ceiling Cap, and Floor Track with Vinyl Base Molding.
- The modular insulated Wall Panels are detailed with custom office wall finishings, and enclosure protection qualities per your request. And, include optional Door styles, & Fixed or Functional Window Systems.
CEILING & ROOF FEATURES
- InPlant’s Heavy-Duty Steel System can support wide spans up to 40´ without center support columns in non-load-bearing applications
- With the Versatile Steel System, Heavy-Duty Steel System, and All-Purpose Aluminum System you may gain rooftop storage or production space. These Wall Enclosures are load-bearing systems that are reinforced with recessed I-beams on 48˝ centers, giving a load capacity of up to 125 lb per square foot. The Standard Steel System is non-load-bearing.
- Roof decking overlay materials including OSB, plywood, tread plate, and more.
- Steel decking supports the 2×4 grid ceiling with recessed lighting at various heights. The standard LED Lighting Fixtures have an acrylic lens cover, and adjust to 4000 to 6000 lumens.
- Specialized lighting may be easily incorporated into your InPlant Modular and Portable Buildings.

With a load-bearing structural selection, your Prefabricated Rooms may extend upwards into a 2-Story Office Complex as your business grows.
