Our 3" 16ga wiring posts not only support the wall panels but are the main vertical structural element which means secondary sources like mezzanines are NOT needed. The wall system can support clear spans up to 30' and load capacities from 30-125 pounds per square foot. As with single story units, load bearing applications are non-progressive which means panels can be removed without disturbing the adjacent panels or ceiling. This makes it easy to replace damaged panels or add windows or doors in the future.

Accessories and options include vinyl floor tile or carpet, stairs and landings, and handrail. Engineered Drawings and calculations are also available. Consult the factory for additional materials that may be required depending on your seismic zone.
