Absolute Light Tight

InPlant LASER BLOCK of steel or aluminum are prefabricated to meet or exceed code requirements. Interlocking Building Systems in either 1 3/4˝ or 3˝ thickness provide a durable, safe, and light-tight enclosure.

Customization

The protective double-clad Wall Panels are available in sizes from 12´ in height to 24´ stacked. They can easily be field-modified for custom applications to meet requirements. The design allows the Laser Welding Cleanroom and Laser Barrier to be moved or rearranged and the footprint to be expanded or reduced.

Environmental Control

InPlant LASER BLOCK Enclosures are insulated, controllable environments and require different types of ventilation – structural support is incorporated as needed for specified HVAC or ancillary equipment. Light-tight ventilation louvers are standard for most designs. 

Heavy-duty Laser Enclosures

Often, larger safety enclosures for machines are engineered to accommodate ancillary equipment above the working cell to save floor space.

Laser Safety Practices

Required Interlocks restrict access until the environment of the Laser Welding Cleanroom is safe; safety locks are wired into the power for automatic cutoff when opened.

Custom Door Frames

Custom-framed openings accept specialty doors. Sections for equipment maintenance and light-tight air intake are standard for most Laser Welding Cleanroom designs.
