What is a Modular Steel Building?

A modular steel building is created from top-of-the-line steel materials and is used as a great alternative to constructing a new building on your property from scratch for the same purposes. Our buildings are pre-fabricated, which eliminates the mess of construction. Also, because they are pre-fabricated, they take a fraction of the time to assemble; yet, they are just as sturdy, secure, and safe. Most importantly, they allow you to utilize the space you already have. What Options Do I Have?

Our most popular steel structures are the 3” post system, 1-3/4” post system and pre-assembled buildings. Here are a few facts about them:

3” steel post system – This is our heavy-duty system perfect for applications that require load-bearing capabilities and additional thermal insulation. It has 3” thick walls, non-progressive design that allows for panels and doors to be easily removed without affective adjacent walls, a sturdy load-bearing design, NC construction, Ľ” tempered safety glass, and your choice of colors and finishes for the panels and steel posts.

1-3/4” steel post system – This is our most economical modular steel building system as it has load bearing capabilities, 1 ľ” thick walls, Ľ” tempered safety glass, a non-progressive design, and structural steel posts that can be painted to match the panel colors.

Pre-Assembled – Our pre-assembled buildings are those that are shipped to you assembled and ready to use. They can be as large as 8’ x 20’ in size and are ideal for smaller self-contained buildings such as guardhouses, attendant booths, and security stations. Some of their features include bullet resistant construction, custom-paint jobs for your steel exterior, complete flexibility with architectural specifications, and an optional exterior roof for if your structure needs to sit outdoors.
