About Our Portable Buildings

Our portable steel buildings are perfect for companies in need of a smaller self-contained environment. They are pre-fabricated products, up to 8’ x 20’ in size, and arrive assembled and ready to use. Because they are smaller in size, they are easy to ship, which cuts costs for you, but this reduction in cost does not equal a reduction in quality, as they are extremely well built and are as secure as a traditionally-constructed building.

Building Features

Some great features that accompany our portable steel buildings include easy installation – just hook up the electric and you’re set, optional forkliftable bases, custom paint jobs for your steel exterior, an exterior roof that can be added if your building will be used outdoors or in a sprinkler environment, and bullet resistance as an option where extra security is required.

In addition, our buildings include:

3” thick exterior usage panels with 7/16” paint cement board interior and exterior

6063T-5 aluminum extrusions with satin anodized finish for easy maintenance

3068 x 1-3/4, 20 ga. fully-insulated steel doors that are painted black and pre-hung in an 18 ga. frame

1/4” thick tempered safety glass windows pre-mounted in an aluminum frame

A 1-3/4” thick panel ceiling with white interior

Exterior grade caulk waterproof seal for joints
