Machinery Enclosures are heavy duty partition walls of various materials depending upon usage — barriers using a Protective Wall System guard from flying debris. A temporary Modular Wall System has demountable Partition Walls that reconfigure when machinery is upgraded or moved. Fully enclosed systems are required for lasers and engineered per specified code requirements — these Machinery Enclosures control contamination, sound, dust, and fumes.
InPlant recommends the 24 gauge Steel-Faced Wall Panels with a rigid polystyrene foam core and the interlocking Steel Building System constructed at 1.75 or 3 inches. An Aluminum Building System is available, as are protective Wall Systems with aluminum cladding and upgrades of aluminum honeycomb core.
