Details and Specifications:

INTERIOR USAGE COMPONENTS: Refer to component specifications for the system selected. All systems can be shipped preassembled for interior use.

EXTERIOR USAGE WALL PANELS: Panels will be 3" thick with 7/16" painted cement board interior and exterior. Core material is expanded polystyrene. Panel size will be 44-7/8" x 96" unless otherwise indicated on drawings.

WIRING POSTS: Wiring posts will be 6063T-5 aluminum extrusions with satin anodized finish for easy maintenance. All posts act as a wiring chase and have snap-on cover plates to allow easy access for electrical, telephone wires, computer cables, etc. Three piece wiring post allows entire system to be of Non-Progressive design.

DOORS: Standard door will be 3070 x 1-3/4", 20 ga. steel, fully insulated (R-14), painted black, with sweep and pre-hung in an 18 ga. frame. Frame will have 1-1/2 pair of stainless steel hinges and key-in-knob lockset.

GLAZING: Windows will be 1/4" thick tempered safety glass, premounted in an aluminum frame. Windows will be 43-1/2" from the floor and will be 37" in height by full panel width. The door light will be 1/4" tempered safety glass.

CEILING: Ceiling will be 1-3/4" thick panel with white interior.

EXTERIOR ROOF: Construction of .019 ga. metal. The structural V panels are white and provide a net coverage of 8". This roof features a 4" extruded front and side fascia in white. The roof also includes two downspouts.

FORKLIFT ABLE BASE: Four inch welded steel channel with pockets - normally in short side.

CAULKING: All joints will be sealed with an exterior grade caulk.
